I'm your North Texas based Sommelier.  

My passion for wine started early walking the wine aisles in utter confusion.  I quickly found out that I didn't enjoy playing wine retail roulette.  I imagine you all have experienced similar frustration.  Then what?  Choose a bottle based on the label, then you get burned. Nope.

I did the "Wine for Dummies" book approach, then internet research,  then the followed the point scores, then allowed Costco to be my wine guide. Nothing seemed to take; a gap remained that I needed to fill.

I got serious in 2018 and invested my money and my time to learn.  Spent 4 years making my way through a wine education process that netted me the wine knowledge I craved, service and restaurant industry exposure, refined palate, a new passion project and the honor of a

Court of Master Sommeliers, Sommelier Certification.
